Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a small flat rate shipping feeof $15 applies, which will be shown at checkout.
We offer a store credit for change of mind. You may exchange an item by completing the form on the Contact page of our website within 14 days of receipt of your item. Please include the name on the order, order number and item/s to be exhanged.
Once we have confirmed your exchange, simply return the item to us (with tracking) in an unworn, undamaged and unwashed condition. Once we receive the returned item we will ship a replacement to you. You may be charged to reship the replacement items to you.
We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or misplaced items that have been shipped to us without tracking.
A full refund or exchange will be provided for damaged goods. For refunds or exchanges to be valid, please complete the form on the Contact page of our website within 7 days of receipt of your item.
Once we confirm your refund, we will send you a shipping label. Once we receive the returned item we will process a full refund for the returned item/s.
